The Kansas City Chiefs are without a key member of the defense for the rest of the team’s Week 11 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with Dee Ford ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Dee Ford ruled out for remainder of Chiefs vs. Buccaneers with hamstring injury
Dee Ford is tied for the NFL lead in sacks.

A first-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, Ford had just 5.5 sacks in the first two seasons of his career but broke out with 10 sacks through the first nine games of the season for the Chiefs. He entered Week 11 in a tie with Lorenzo Alexander of the Buffalo Bills for the league lead in sacks.
What makes the news not so disastrous for the Chiefs is that the team has Justin Houston back in the lineup for the first time in 2016. Houston had ACL surgery in the offseason after leading the league in sacks in 2015 with 22, and began the year on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
