It happened before he passed for a touchdown to Russell Wilson.

Doug Baldwin threw a touchdown pass to Russell Wilson this past Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a great play, but before it, Baldwin flipped off Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Baldwin was docked $12,154 for the finger.

“We’re in the fucking red zone, and you want me to throw the ball?” Baldwin said after the game, according to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN. “Throw me the ball.”

Baldwin flipped off Bevell because he claims it was an equivalent to what Bevell called. “It’s more funny than it is anything,” Baldwin said. “[Bevell] knows that when we get in the red zone, I want the ball thrown to me. I want to score touchdowns. And so it’s like in that situation, him flipping the bird to me because now he’s got me throwing the ball to somebody else.”
