America has no shortage of stories of Black Friday shopping nightmares. Violence and fury rule the day as shoppers try to save a total of $14 in the name of tradition. Surely it’s the same in Canada.

Okay wtf is this? Canada, I understand you guys are very brand-conscious and work hard to maintain that “We’re polite all the time” mystique. But are you really going to just let that maple syrup-covered dork in front of you calmly walk back to the flannel hats with the wool ear flap things and buy all of them? Before you can even get one?
