The NFL has announced the slate of games to be played in London in 2017. For the first time in the history of the London Games Series, four games are on the schedule.

The league will play four games across the pond for the first time since the London Games Series began.


The timing isn’t definite as of yet, but the teams are, and an approximate schedule is set.

The dates and times of each game will be finalized when the 2017 NFL schedule is released in the spring.
The first two games, in Weeks 3 and 4, will be played at Wembley Stadium, the home of English soccer. The latter two games will return to Twickenham, a rugby stadium.
For three teams, the 2017 season will mark the first time they have played in London. The Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, and Cleveland Browns will all make their first trips to London next season.
The Miami Dolphins, on the other hand, will make a fourth appearance in a London matchup.
The 2016 scheduled featured three London games. The Indianapolis Colts lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Wembley in Week 4. In Week 7, the New York Giants faced off against the Rams and won at Twickenham, and in Week 8, the Cincinnati Bengals tied with Washington in Wembley.
The London Games Series began in 2007, and after this slate of games in the 2017 season has been played, 26 different teams will have been featured over 17 games.
