The Buffalo Bills are listing Sammy Watkins as questionable vs. the Cleveland Browns in Week 15.
Sammy Watkins injury update: Bills WR questionable vs. Browns, for fantasy owners
Sammy Watkins should be active in Week 15 vs. a Browns defense that struggles to stop anyone.

The Bills continue to carefully manage Watkins’ surgically repaired foot and ensure no setbacks occur. He did not practice Wednesday before going limited on Thursday and Friday.
Assuming Watkins starts, he will be a low-end WR2 against a Browns defense that gets gashed by everyone. In five games this season, Watkins has 16 catches for 235 yards (14.7 avg.) and one score on 29 targets.
Fantasy Impact: If Watkins is active, Yahoo! ranks him as the 14th-best wide receiver in Week 13. He would face a Browns defense allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
Even if Watkins is active, treat him like a low-end WR2 or flex play. He has failed to show he can produce even against bad defenses this season. It does not help that snow might affect this game and lead to more running the ball by both teams.
