Turbin wouldn’t be denied on Sunday.
Turbin shook off six different tackle attempts to punch in a touchdown from 8 yards out. That grinding carry put Indianapolis up 27-0 as halftime loomed in Minneapolis.
The Colts need a win Sunday to stay alive in the AFC South playoff hunt. At 6-7, they’re one game behind the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans in the division. However, both Houston and Tennessee were losing by double digits late in the second quarters of their respective games.
