Ezekiel Elliott added another signature moment to his stellar rookie season last night that had the whole football world cheering him on.
Ezekiel Elliott won’t get fined by the NFL for his Salvation Army kettle jumping celebration
Zeke said he will still donate to the charity.

No, it wasn’t his running that got everyone fired up, but a touchdown celebration that saw him scamper through the end zone and dive into a massive Salvation Army kettle.
The primetime audience laughed, social media applauded, and everyone kind of sat back knowing that in addition to the 15-yard penalty for using a prop, the NFL was likely to fine the running back on Monday.
Except, that last part is reportedly not happening.
Kudos to the NFL. This was a fun, memorable Sunday Night Football moment that the league will no doubt market in highlight reels for years to come.
And while the notoriety of the NFL not fining someone for celebrating seems, well, peak NFL, the relaxed approach by the league seems worth remembering as the Competition Committee reportedly will make new recommendations to owners this offseason for a potential easing up of fines and penalties of player celebrations.
Odell Beckham Jr., for one, thinks he would have been fined if he had done a similar celebration:
Late Monday morning, Elliott tweeted that he will donate to the Salvation Army despite the lack of an NFL fine.
Good for Elliott, whose display led to a spike in Salvation Army donations. Good for the league. And hey, you can follow Zeke’s lead and donate or fundraise for the charity here.
