Richard Sherman’s weekly meeting with the media on Tuesday didn’t go so well for one local talk show host. Sherman told Jim Moore, a cohost on the Danny, Dave and Moore show on ESPN 710 Seattle, that he would “ruin” his career, according to The Seattle Times.
Richard Sherman apologizes after telling reporter ‘I’ll ruin your career’
One of the best corners in the league tried to walk back his harsh comments.

After Tuesday’s practice, Sherman apologized on Twitter.
It started when Moore asked Sherman near the end of the media session about his criticism of a play call last week, when offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell decided to pass from the goal line.
“We had a prior experience, so we talked about it,’’ Sherman told Moore. “But let me guess — you have a better play to call. Let me guess, you have a better experience.’’
Moore said no, leading Sherman to say, “Then you should probably kind of stop.’’
The press conference ended, and as Sherman was walking off the stage and leaving, he said to Moore in passing, “You don’t want to go there. You do not. I’ll ruin your career.”
When Moore asked how Sherman would do that, he said, “I’ll make sure you don’t get your media pass anymore.”
Here’s a clip that The Times released.
The veteran cornerback has racked up 51 tackles and four interceptions on the year, and he has been selected to the 2017 Pro Bowl.
At 9-4-1, the Seahawks have clinched an NFC West title and will need their star cornerback to continue playing at a high level. Seattle will host a Week 16 showdown against the Arizona Cardinals.
