The Buffalo Bills are listing Sammy Watkins as questionable vs. the Oakland Raiders in Week 13, but on Friday, head coach Rex Ryan said Watkins will play, according to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport.
Sammy Watkins injury update: Bills WR questionable vs. Raiders, for fantasy owners
Sammy Watkins should be good to go vs. the Raiders.

Watkins just came off I.R. for the receiver-needy Bills last week. He started vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars and caught three passes for 80 yards in the 28-21 win.
The foot injury that led to Watkins going on I.R. caused him to miss practice this past Wednesday before he was limited on Thursday. It is likely this was just Buffalo managing the foot and making sure Watkins does not re-injure it.
Fantasy Impact: If Watkins is active, Yahoo! ranks him as the 27th-best wide receiver in Week 13. He would face an Oakland defense allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
As long as Watkins is active, keep him in your starting lineup. Buffalo’s offense will rely heavily on him Sunday.
