Todd Gurley, Trumaine Johnson fined more than $27,000 for actions in Rams’ loss to the Patriots
This year can’t get any worse for Gurley.

Also, Rams cornerback Trumaine Johnson has been fined $18,231 for pulling running back LeGarrette Blount down by the facemask. There was no flag on the play.
This hasn’t been a good sophomore season for the tailback. Gurley, along with the rest of the Rams’ offense, has been struggling all season. The offensive line is having a hard time creating space for the second-year running back. And Gurley is not running with the same burst and power that fans saw last season.
So far this season, Gurley only has 679 rushing yards to go along with four rushing touchdowns. He is only averaging 3.2 yards per rush.
Los Angeles is currently 4-8, and its chances of making the playoffs are slim to none. The Rams have a Week 14 matchup at home against the Atlanta Falcons.
