Manny Pacquiao beats Timothy Bradley by decision in third fight

Manny Pacquiao won his third fight with Timothy Bradley in convincing fashion tonight in Las Vegas.

Manny Pacquiao closed his rivalry with Timothy Bradley in solid style on Saturday night, scoring a pair of knockdowns and winning a clear unanimous decision, with all three judges having it 116-110 for Manny Pacquiao, the same as the SB Nation scorecard.

Pacquaio (58-6-2, 38 KO) was just a little bit better than a very good version of Bradley (33-2-1, 13 KO) in their third fight, taking control after the first four rounds and just looking sharper, quicker, and stronger than his opponent. It was the stamp on this three-fight series, which started with a shocking and controversial Bradley win in 2012. Pacquiao won the 2014 rematch, and if there was any real doubt as to the better fighter between the two, he ended that debate tonight.

We’ll have much more coming on what is reportedly the final fight of the 37-year-old Pacquiao’s career, so stick with us here at SB Nation and visit Bad Left Hook for everything boxing.
