An early icing in the third put the Blues back in their defensive zone. A face off win from the Sharks set up Pavelski’s second of the game on a great deflection in front of Allen. With Brent Burns’ shot going wide, Pavelski stuck his stick out to deflect the puck behind him 16 seconds into the third for the 4-3 score.
