93-rated Harry Kane, 91 Jamie Vardy in FIFA 16’s BPL Team of the Season

One of the most intriguing Premier League Teams of the Season ever is here.

Longtime FIFA 16 Ultimate Team aficionados surely remember the glory days when the video game’s weekly Teams of the Week would surface on social media, sometimes as much as eight hours before the special, limited-run in-game cards would be available in packs.

With one of the most anticipated events of the FUT calendar, FIFA 16’s Barclays Premier League Team of the Season (or TOTS), queued up for a Friday, May 6 release, the time-honored tradition made a comeback in a major way with 21 of the 23 players on the team coming to light three days before their release.

After a video released Thursday in England by popular FIFA YouTuber Spencer Carmichael-Brown (better known as Spencer FC) featuring Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli and West Ham starlet Reece Oxford, confirmed all 21 of the leaked players' names appear on an official 46-player shortlist for inclusion in the English Premier League all-star team, the official team was revealed Friday afternoon.

Here’s the BPL TOTS, arguably one of the more interesting in recent years:
