Two German soccer fans in France for Euro 2016 got a rude shock when they tried to use the elevator where they were staying. It’s unclear if this was a hotel, apartment building or youth hostel — but what is clear is that it’s terrifying.
The amount of space is barely enough for two people to stand up. Less if you’re on the husky side like I am. The two men can barely contain their laughter as they squeezed in the elevator (beers and all) to get downstairs. It would be okay if this was just a short trip once in a while — but imagine if you got trapped in this thing.
Ugggggh ... I just thought about it and it made me queasy.
