D’Angelo Russell pokes fun at himself over Nick Young recording incident in Foot Locker ad

Foot Locker has an innate ability to make athletes comfortable enough to poke fun at themselves in nationally televised commercials. The latest is LSU’s Ben Simmons — who became a vehicle for an amazing punching. He teamed up with Karl Anthony-Towns, Devin Booker and D’Angelo Russell for this gem.
Hands down the best moment is Russell throwing Simmons’ phone into the water saying “Trust me,” alluding to him taping Nick Young without his consent in 2015.
