The women’s beach volleyball quarterfinals will take place Sunday, and Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross remain Team USA’s best shot at a medal after going undefeated in group play.
Rio 2016, beach volleyball schedule: Time, TV schedule and live stream for Sunday
Walsh Jennings and Ross get the late night spot again on Sunday, the 10:59 p.m. ET slot (just shy of midnight in Rio), the same time for their Friday victory over the Italian duo of Marta Menegatti and Laura Giombini in straight sets.
On Sunday, the American pair face Louise Bawden and Taliqua Clancy of Australia, a match which will be televised by NBC, with online streaming provided by NBC Sports.
Walsh Jennings and Ross have dropped only one set in four matches in these Olympics, needing three sets to defeat Isabelle Forrer and Anouk Vergé-Dépré of Switzerland in pool play. It was just the second set lost by Walsh Jennings in the last four Summer Olympics.
All of the quarterfinals will be streamed live by NBC Sports, so you can follow along with each of Sunday’s four matches.
