Lithuanian weightlifter backflips in celebration of bronze medal win

This man is so insanely talented.

Lithuanian weightlifter Aurimas Didžbalis won his first Olympic medal on Saturday and was really happy about it. After he failed to lift 223kg — which equates to 491 pounds — instead of letting out frustration, he celebrated with a backflip.

This man is so ripped out of his mind that after trying three times to lift nearly 500 pounds on top of a handful of other lifts before that, he found the strength to flip his 200-pound self seconds after dropping the weights.

Didžbalis is the perfect example of how Olympians should celebrate after years of grueling training.

I mean he was no Simone Biles or anything, but he did stick that landing too, and who knows, maybe Lithuania will need a gymnast for Tokyo. By the looks of him, I think he’d perform very well on pommel horse and could totally lift himself up on the rings.
