The Baltimore Ravens are still without wide receiver Breshad Perriman, who remains on the PUP list heading into Week 2 of the preseason. The former 26th-overall pick of the 2015 NFL draft is recovering from a partially torn ACL sustained in OTA workouts.
Breshad Perriman return remains a mystery
After an injury-plagued rookie year, Breshad Perriman looks bound for another lost season. We break down the fantasy implications.

That injury is now threatening to keep Perriman on PUP to open the regular season, which means he’d miss the first six games. On Tuesday, head coach John Harbaugh revealed that Perriman is now running again, but there is still no timetable for his return to game action.
The Ravens have until Sept. 3 to decide whether to move Perriman to the Reserve/PUP.
Fantasy Spin: With wide receiver being a major concern for the Ravens, a healthy Perriman would have had a great chance to be the No. 1 option in this offense. His deep-threat ability combined with Joe Flacco’s big arm makes this a potentially explosive connection.
Instead, Perriman may open the year on PUP after missing all of his rookie year due to a torn PCL. Until he can simply get onto an NFL field, Perriman is not worth considering in fantasy drafts. However, no Perriman does bolster the stock of Steve Smith Sr. and Kamar Aiken. Smith is someone to consider for your bench, while Aiken may be a solid WR3 in 2016.
