Usain Bolt did it again. After winning the 100 for an unprecedented third straight time on Sunday, he won another event for the third time in a row on Thursday. This time, it was the 200 meters. Bolt raced away from the field to another dominating win in 19.78, well clear of the field.

The Jamaican is up to eight gold medals after his latest conquest in Rio.

Bolt has been the dominant sprinter for years now. He hasn’t lost an individual race in a global championship since 2007. In that span he’s 19-0, winning three golds in the 100, three golds in the 200, and two in the 4x100 with his Jamaican teammates. He’s looking to add one more gold in the 4x100 on Friday night, which would tie him with Carl Lewis and Paavo Nurmi for the most gold medals by a track athlete with nine.
Andre De Grasse of Canada finished second in 20.02, and Cristophe Lemaitre of France finished in the bronze medal position in 20.12.
Bolt was already the best sprinter of all time -- Rio has only reaffirmed that ... and then some.
