2016 Olympics schedule: Time and TV schedule for Saturday’s events

Track and field, soccer and women’s golf will dominate the penultimate day of the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The penultimate day of the Olympics is here and it comes with some big medal events. In the final non-marathon track and field events, the women’s triathlon, high jump, 800-meter and 4x400-meter race finals will be held in addition to the men’s javelin throw, 1,500-meter, 5,000-meter and 4x400-meter finals.

There aren’t a ton of events set for the final day of the Olympics on Sunday.

On the golf front, the women’s final round will be played and broadcast live on the Golf Channel. In soccer, Honduras and Nigeria will face off in the men’s bronze medal match, while host nation Brazil will take on Germany for the glory of the gold medal.

Three boxing medals will be awarded on Saturday as well, in the women’s flyweight division and the men’s bantamweight and middleweight divisions. In wrestling, the men’s freestyle 86kg and 125kg divisions will be decided, and David Boudia will try and defend his London 2012 gold in the men’s 10-meter platform diving event.

It’s a full day of action and below you can find links to streams from NBC Sports and viewing information via television. Fortunately, most of the popular events on Saturday will be broadcast live and not via tape delay.
