All eight first-round winners are in action on Sunday

ESPN is covering the Little League World Series, with three different networks in use on Sunday. ESPN is showing both games on the international side of the bracket, with ABC and ESPN2 televising the United States side of the bracket. All games are available to stream online via WatchESPN.
The biggest splash in the opening round might have come from the kids from Bowling Green, Kentucky, representing the Great Lakes region, 11-1 winners over San Antonio, representing the Southwest, on Friday. In the late game (7 p.m. ET) on Sunday they will battle the Midwest region team from Johnston, Iowa, who dispatched the West region’s Chula Vista, Calif. team 5-1 in the opening round.
Also on Sunday, Canada is fresh off handing Japan their first first-round loss in the Little League World Series since 1965. Canada will battle the kids from Seoul, South Korea, representing Asia-Pacific, at 5 p.m.
The four winners on Sunday all move within one win of a spot in the championship game on their side of the bracket — either United States or international. The Little League World Series is a double-elimination tournament, so the losing teams on Sunday still have another chance to advance through elimination games on Monday against Saturday’s winners.
