The long-awaited debut of Ezekiel Elliott should come this week.
Ezekiel Elliott to face Seahawks, fantasy value still high
We break down the fantasy implications of Ezekiel Elliott making his NFL debut this week when the Cowboys face the Seahawks.

On Tuesday, head coach Jason Garrett said that Elliott will play in the Dallas Cowboys’ third preseason game, according to Clarence Hill of the Star-Telegram. Garrett added that the goal is to get Elliott touches as a runner and pass-catcher, which should last about 8-12 snaps.
The rookie running back has been dealing with a hamstring injury that sidelined him for most of training camp and the first two preseason games. Getting to see Elliott go up against a tough Seattle Seahawks defense will be a good introduction to the NFL.
Fantasy Spin: Dallas spent the No. 4 pick in this year’s NFL Draft on Elliott for him to be the workhorse back now. He’s practically being handed the job, so even this injury setback should not keep him from winning that job.
We also shouldn’t put too much stock into him possibly struggling against a strong Seattle defense, whether Elliott runs with the starters, backups or both. His ADP as a late first or early second-round pick is still right where he should be going.
