Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Permian may make his NFL debut in the final game of the preseason. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told ESPN’s Jamison Hensley Monday, “if the doctors clear him, he’ll be out there,” when asked about the receiver’s status for Thurday’s meeting against New Orleans. The Ravens’ 2015 first-round pick has never played in an NFL game due to a string of knee injuries that sidelined him all of last season.
Breshad Perriman possibly returning, fantasy outlook unknown
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman awaits medical clearance. We look at fantasy implications.

Fantasy Spin:
The anticipation of Permian’s return to the field is high. The Ravens want to see what their top pick in 2015 is made of. The second-year WR will have to be brought on slowly since he missed a year on the field. Once Perriman gets acclimated to the league, the Ravens will work him into the lineup but, expect his role to be minimal early on. Owners may want to consider Perriman as a midseason waiver sleeper if he can get rolling this year.
