The veteran WR was limited in practice Wednesday but, returned to full practice the next day. He continued to practice at full contact for the remainder of the week. All indications show that Tate will play this Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Tate’s ankle injury could be nothing more than a case of veteran rest. The six-year WR was only limited in practice Wednesday but was back in full the remainder of the week. Owners should not be overly concerned with this ankle injury.
Tate could be golden for owners in Week 1. He is expected to be Matthew Stafford’s top target. The two have history on the field and, with Calvin Johnson gone (retirement), expect Tate to be called on to help fill much of Megatron’s void. Tate is a WR2 with a lot of upside against a thin Colt’s secondary.
