Adoree’ Jackson’s mom had the best possible reason for crashing his postgame interview

This was one special moment.

USC Trojans cornerback/wide receiver/special teamer Adoree’ Jackson’s postgame interview was crashed by his mother, Vianca Jackson, after the Trojans’ 45-7 victory over Utah State on Saturday. And as it turns out, it was for a very good reason.

While Adoree’ was getting interviewed, his mother came up to him to congratulate her son — he recorded a 77-yard touchdown on a punt return late in the third quarter. Vianca was visibly emotional during the moment.

“I wasn’t able to come to ... games last year. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. But God, He saved me in four months,” she said. “He gave me back to my baby, so I can see every game and I can be the proudest momma ... I’m so proud of my son. I’m so proud of you, baby.”

Adoree’ made sure to show out with his mom in the stands.

Shoutout to the Pac-12 Network for capturing such an awesome moment.
