Tom Brady’s strict diet doesn’t include strawberries, but he’s totally fine with avocado ice cream

Tom Brady dropped a stunning bomb on Wednesday in an interview with New York Magazine. The New England Patriots quarterback won’t drink coffee and he has never eaten a strawberry, and he’s so repulsed by the idea that he will never eat a strawberry.

It’s likely the most definite opinion anyone has ever had on strawberries. That’s some serious hate for Fragaria.

“I’ve never eaten a strawberry in my life. I have no desire to do that.”

Brady, 39, has never eaten a strawberry. Look, this would make sense if you substitute several different foods for “strawberry” in that sentence.

“I’ve never eaten mac and Cheetos in my life. I have no desire to do that.”

“I’ve never eaten a 100-year egg in my life. I have no desire to do that.”

“I’ve never eaten live scorpions in my life. I have no desire to do that.”

However, this is a strawberry we’re talking about. It’s not going to ruin Brady’s figure, he doesn’t know if he likes them, and yet he’s so definite he won’t ever eat a strawberry. Heck, even this tortoise spent minutes trying to get a single bite of a strawberry.

Here’s the thing that makes Brady’s strawberry boycott weird: There are a ton of things he WILL eat. It’s not like he’s a picky eater.

That said, there are only three documented foods that Tom Brady eats.

Avocado ice cream

A whole turkey leg

Just eat a friggin’ strawberry Tom. It’s not going to kill you.
