Millions tuned in for the thrilling finish between the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers and among the viewers was New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
Tom Brady tries not to miss Packers games because he loves watching Aaron Rodgers
The Packers and Cowboys posted huge television ratings and Tom Brady was among the millions who tuned in.

After winning against the Houston Texans on Saturday, the Patriots advanced to a sixth consecutive AFC Championship, but Brady said he made sure to tune in for the NFC matchup to watch one player, in particular.
“It’s fun to watch him play,” Brady said of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers during an interview on WEEI. “I always love watching him play. Whenever he’s on, I usually stay up and watch just because I love watching him play.”
With just four teams left in contention, there’s no shortage of quarterback talent. Brady and Rodgers will duel Ben Roethlisberger and Matt Ryan, respectively, for a chance to go to Super Bowl LI. And there’s no lack of respect between the passers, either.
“He does things that no one in the league has ever done, or can do just because of his physical ability,” Brady said of Rodgers. “Some of the plays he makes are just phenomenal. I’ve seen a lot of them. Not just the throws, but the scrambles. He had one in the Giants game and some of the plays yesterday. It’s just his style of play. He’s been doing that for awhile, so I always love watching his tape, admiring what he can do because I can’t do many of those things.”
Rodgers finished the win over Dallas with 356 passing yards and two touchdowns. While he threw his first interception since Week 10, it was his late game heroics that saved the day for the Packers and set up a game-winning field goal.
The Cowboys’ resurgence in 2016 did wonders for the NFL’s television ratings and the team’s postseason game against the Packers was no different. The thrilling game was decided by a field goal in the final seconds, with the Packers coming out on top, 34-31, and drew huge numbers for Fox.
According to the network, no Divisional round game has ever posted the ratings that the Cowboys and Packers did Sunday.
The Cowboys have been a boon for ratings all year, but Rodgers certainly helped the ratings with another exciting performance.
