Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers fined wide receiver Antonio Brown $10,000 for his Facebook Live video after their win against the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday, according to FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer.
Antonio Brown fined $10,000 by Steelers for postgame Facebook Live video
The team has punished Brown for the video that took many by surprise.

Brown’s video was 17 minutes long, and started off with him and his teammates dancing and showing off to the camera. As the video progresses, you can hear Tomlin speaking to the team in the background, talking about the New England Patriots.
“When you get to this point in the journey, not a lot needs to be said,” Tomlin says on the video. “Let’s say very little moving forward. Let’s start our preparations. We spotted those assholes a day and a half. They played yesterday, our game got moved to tonight. We gonna touch down at 4 o’clock in the fucking morning. So be it — we’ll be ready for their ass.”
The fine shouldn’t come as a surprise, not just because of the nature of the video, but because of the NFL’s policy on social media:
On Sunday, the Steelers and Patriots will finally face off for a trip to the Super Bowl. Regardless of the outcome, we shouldn’t expect to see anybody going on Facebook Live immediately after the game.
