The latest came on some Patriots trickeration. Tom Brady handed the ball to Dion Lewis, who flipped it back to Brady for a classic flea flicker. The veteran quarterback found Hogan streaking toward the end zone. One minor bobble later, New England led 17-6.
The former Bills receiver had the best season of his life in his first year with Brady and the Patriots. Through 1.5 quarters, he had torched Pittsburgh for seven catches and 117 yards in the biggest game of his career to date. The Steelers have had no answer for him — at one point, forgetting to cover him entirely on a 16-yard touchdown pass.
