Not all of it was good, either. It sure sounds like the Islanders are getting pushed out of Barclays Center after just two years. But hey, at least they signed Thomas Greiss for the next three years. Meanwhile, their neighbors in Manhattan signed coach Alain Vigneault to a three-year deal that will keep him around until 2019-20. And why not? Vigneault may frustrate Rangers fans a lot, he’s still among the best in the business.
