Steve Smith Sr. made it official. He is done ‘antagonizing defensive backs.’

Steve Smith Sr. is retiring from the NFL. We knew that, but it wasn’t actually official, until now.

My favorite receiver since Randy Moss submitted his letter to the league announcing his retirement. It’s a pretty standard requirement for players, so leave it to Smith make a boring ol’ letter to the commissioner something excellent.

This is a huge break for defensive backs, but a tremendous loss for the rest of us.
