Disney owns both ESPN and Lucasfilm, so with the new Star Wars movie coming up, it only made sense to do a little corporate synergy. Sure enough, during halftime of the Minnesota Vikings-Chicago Bears game on Monday night, Disney will drop the new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
New ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ trailer debuts during halftime of Vikings vs. Bears
Monday is a good time to tune in to ESPN, even if you don’t care to see the debut of Mitchell Trubisky.

Of course, Disney did this two years ago with The Force Awakens, so cross-branding is kind of their thing.
For those who don’t care much about football or the debut of Chicago Bears rookie Mitchell Trubisky against the Minnesota Vikings, halftime of the game will likely be around 10 p.m. ET. Tuning in five or 10 minutes early just to be safe couldn’t hurt.
Directed by Rian Johnson, The Last Jedi hits theaters on Dec. 15.
