Limited Upside NBA podcast: The NBA players we irrationally love

Here on the Limited Upside podcast, we don’t hide our biases. You all know which NBA teams we root for because we flaunt those allegiances.

But we also watch a ton of basketball, and in doing so, we develop man crushes for different players for various reasons. Inevitably, we like talking about these players and focus a lot of attention on them. We figure it’s better to lay out these players so you know rather than pretend like we view every player the same.

So this week, the three of us we ran through and explained our personal favorite players in the following categories:

  • No-brainer superstar
  • Past All-Star transitioning into a complementary role
  • Breakout player that has not made an All-Star game
  • Role player
  • Bench guy
