Ole Miss’ D.K. Metcalf caught the game-winning TD against Kentucky while basically being tackled

This one wasn’t exactly easy to come down with.

Ole Miss hasn’t had the best 2017 season for a handful of reasons, but it was able to go into Lexington and get a nice win over Kentucky thanks to an incredible game-winning touchdown.

D.K. Metcalf caught the game-winner 7 yards out from Jordan Ta’amu with five seconds left in the game to make it 37-34.

The play was not only highly contested, but the manner in which Metcalf came down with the ball was impressive.

He caught the ball with both hands but was able to hold onto it with just his right.

Metcalf finished the game with five receptions for 83 yards and two touchdowns. Ole Miss is now 4-5 on the season, and while there’s not a whole lot to be excited about for the Rebs this season, this is a game to celebrate.
