Russell Wilson took a hit to the chin from Cardinals linebacker Karlos Dansby, and he left the game for a single play to make the shortest appearance in an injury tent in NFL history.
Russell Wilson had the quickest medical tent visit of all time
The NFL is investigating whether or not the Seahawks followed concussion protocol with their quarterback.

Wilson went back into the game, but the referee would later tell him to get checked, and he would eventually get looked at by the training staff.
Wilson was sacked five times in the game. His starting left tackle, Duane Brown, got his ankle rolled and left the game because of it.
The hit that Wilson took to his chin certainly appeared to demand that he come out of the game for more than a play. It was good that the referee sent him back eventually, but it’s also dangerous he was just able to go back out on the field that quickly.
The NFL will conduct a “thorough review” into whether or not the Seahawks followed concussion protocol with Wilson. If they didn’t, they could face a fine of up to $150,000 and their medical staff will have to undergo further training. The team would also be subject to steeper fines and the potential loss of draft picks for future violations.
