Late in the third quarter of the Trail Blazers matchup with the Rockets on Saturday, Damian Lillard rolled his right ankle while chasing Chris Paul. He could not put any weight on his foot and exited the game immediately.

Here is another look at his injury:

The Trail Blazers are missing their All-Star guard in the fourth. They opened the final period with three consecutive turnovers.

UPDATE: Lillard returned in the fourth quarter after the Rockets cut a 14-point lead down to five.

Lillard rolled this same ankle in Memphis on Nov. 21 but played through the injury in the second half. It does not appear he will return to this game.
