Honestly, it would explain a lot. Bortles was incredible in the first three games of December with seven touchdowns and no interceptions but turned back into a pumpkin Sunday with three picks.
Either:
A) Bortles was replaced this week by a clone who is bad at football
or
B) Bortles was replaced by a good clone at the beginning of December, and now he’s back in while the good clone is watching in disappointment.
