The Tennessee Titans have ruled out DeMarco Murray for their Week 17 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
DeMarco Murray injury update: How to handle Titans RB vs. Jaguars
The Titans’ backfield will have a new featured back in Week 17.

This was the expected move after Murry suffered a serious knee injury in Week 16, which reportedly is a Grade 3 MCL tear. That puts his status for the playoffs in question if the Titans are able to win this week and clinch a postseason berth.
All fantasy owners care about is him playing now, which will not happen on Sunday. Murray has played through hamstring, shoulder, and knee injuries this season, which have limited his production. He’s coming off a pedestrian 59 total yards performance against the Los Angeles Rams, though he did reach the end zone.
Overall, Murray has been a fantasy disappointment this season.
Fantasy Advice: With Murray out, Derrick Henry becomes a very viable fantasy player against Jacksonville, who is allowing the 12th-fewest fantasy points to running backs this season.
