The Solid Verbal: The 2017 recruiting and Signing Day mega-rundown
Travel the country with no TSA lines or road closures!

In the wake of signatures making their way to college football programs everywhere, we welcome in our old pal Brandon Huffman, Scout’s National Director of College Football, to break down all things recruiting and 2017 Signing Day. Among many other topics, we discuss:
• How new coaches, like LSU’s Ed Orgeron, Oregon’s Willie Taggart, and Texas’s Tom Herman did with their first signing classes, even with only a couple of months to put together a group in earnest.
• What position groups were particularly strong and who has an opportunity to make an impact early on in their careers.
• Which schools outrecruited both their own limitations and what nearby schools were able to put together.
• How far ahead of the Big Ten pack are Ohio State (with a stellar defensive class) and Michigan, who closed in particularly impressive fashion.
• Who put together per-capita impressive classes, but didn’t see the quality reflected in team rankings that also favor quantity.
...and much more!
