The All-Star weekend is packed again this year, from a celebrity game featuring pop stars like Andy Grammer, WNBA player Lindsay Whalen, and musician Win Buster (coached by Sports Center hosts), to skills challenges (that are hopefully as GIF-able as last year’s contest), to a new musical extravaganza about the league’s “greatness”.
NBA All-Star Weekend Sunday schedule: The festivities conclude with the game and a musical
The star-studded game got a new a musical pregame performance.

Sunday boasts the most minimal schedule, including the big game and the Legends brunch, where the NBA will honor some of the league’s best retired players.
The 66th All-Star game boasts LeBron James and Kyrie Irving leading the East, while Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant will lead the West. James and Durant snagged the most votes from fans, who cast almost twice as many votes as last year, plus players and media for the game’s lineup.
With such star-studded teams, tensions and egos are bound to clash. One duo to watch is Russell Westbrook and Durant. Can they get over the Cupcake T-shirt incident and play nice together?
Before the game, we’ll all get the chance to enjoy a special musical treat, as well. The Roots, Michael B. Jordan, Daveed Diggs and more are starring in an original NBA-themed musical that takes a look back at the league’s history since the 1950s.
If you weren’t lucky enough to snag a $540 ticket to the weekend, we have the schedule here for TV and live stream coverage.
