Berto vs. Porter live stream: How to watch Showtime Boxing online

Andre Berto and Shawn Porter are set to meet in the main event of a Showtime Boxing card on Saturday. The event, presented by Premier Boxing Champions, will get underway on 9:30 p.m. ET and is headlined by the 12-round welterweight title eliminator.

That card will be broadcast on Showtime in the United States, and will be streamed live online via Showtime NOW, beginning at the same time. The undercard will have several interesting fights, though the big one on the main card is a showdown between Jermell Charlo and Charles Hatley.

Charlo is an unbeaten super welterweight champion and Hatley is the top contender for his strap. The other big fight on the card will pit four-division world champion Amanda Serrano up against Dahiana Santana.

Serrano is trying to become the first woman and first Puerto Rican fighter to win a fifth world title in five different weight classes.

The card will also feature a bout between Luis Ortiz and Derric Rossy, as well as a showdown between Jose Miguel Borrego and Jonathan Alonso. Up-and-coming prospects Julian Sosa and Richardson Hitchins will also be in action on the card.

Berto avenged his first career loss to Victor Ortiz in his last fight, scoring a fourth-round knockout. But he probably shouldn’t have ever lost to him in the first place, and prior to that rematch, he was on the losing end of a Floyd Mayweather decision. It’s been awhile since he had a truly quality win.

Porter has the more significant recent victories, scoring a knockout of Erick Bone and then a unanimous decision win over Adrien Broner. He ran into issues in his last fight though, coming out on the losing end of a WBA welterweight title matchup against Kieth Thurman. Porter lost that fight by unanimous decision.
