Draymond Green is done being quiet. You’re not gonna boo him and get away with it, nor slip up and not hear his mouth. The Warriors’ All-Star forward has been on a tear in recent days, mowing down fans and players alike.
Draymond Green is at it again
Green’s been petty in the past, but his recent string of comments are pure comedy.

It marked the return of Petty Draymond.
During Game 4 of Golden State’s second-round series against Utah, Jazz fans booed Green as he picked up his third foul in the second quarter and sat the remainder of the first half. He turned around and played a solid second half, leading the Warriors to a series sweep of their semifinals foe.
After the decisive victory, he blasted the Jazz fan base, telling them essentially to shut their mouths and take their L.
“I thought they would be louder than they were. It didn’t get as loud in there as I thought it would,” he said, according to CSN Bay Area. “It was OK. Their fans talk a little too much ... shut up. No, I wasn’t really feeling their fans. Shut up.
”They don’t make sense. Some guy kept telling me to shoot the ball. Do you not realize I’m shooting 55 percent from 3 this series? Why would you want me shooting the basketball when I’m shooting that great?”
Right after that same game, some young Jazz fans asked him to sign their poster, titled: Draymond Flop Count. They had his count at six.
Of course, he was a good sport.
It didn’t stop there. Green proceeded to praise the Cleveland Cavaliers for playing an entertaining brand of basketball, but flat-out mauled the Toronto Raptors and Indiana Pacers for the exact opposite.
“[This series against the Jazz] was not boring, this team continued to fight. I think the way this team fought this entire series, I think it was good basketball. They continued to execute their offense. They continued to compete on the defensive end,” he said. “I think Cleveland’s been playing great basketball. I know you watch them, it’s been amazing. And then you watch the other teams that they’re playing against ... not so much.”
But wait, it gets better.
Remember when Kristaps Porzingis said his Twitter account “was hacked” and sent out a Los Angeles Clippers tweet with some emoji smiley faces?
Green recently had a similar incident where a picture of his uncensored appendage surfaced on Snapchat. He, too, used the excuse of his account being hacked. So on his Dray Dray Podcast, he outed the Knicks’ youngster for using the oldest trick in the book.
“Kristaps, you lyin’ bro. You weren’t hacked. Maybe you was drunk — and you know your true feelings came out, and you tweeted your true feelings — but you weren’t hacked, my man. Trust me. I had a worse episode than you just did on social media and the first thing I said was ‘Aww man, I was hacked.’ It’s the first thing you think of.”
And after Wizards forward Kelly Oubre charged ahead and plowed through Kelly Olynyk, earning a flagrant 2, an ejection, and a suspension in the process, Green called the Celtics big man dirty, accusing him of flopping and highlighting his questionable past.
“He’s dirty. Dirty player,” Green said on the UNINTERRUPTED podcast. “I don’t respect guys like that. I know he’s not like the greatest basketball player of all time, so maybe you feel like you gotta do that, but you don’t, like ... just dirty. I don’t respect that. He dirty.”
This could be fun. Green is a guy who thrives on emotion, especially when he’s riled up and getting under peoples’ skin. As the Finals draw nearer, that roasting is only going to focus in on one opponent: The Cavs.
And if this is foreshadowing how petty Draymond will be in the Finals, it’s gonna be a fun series for fans to watch.
