The Warriors faced their biggest challenge on Wednesday night, but Kevin Durant was able to lead the team in the final minutes. The Warriors now hold a 3-0 series lead, looking unbeatable at this point.
Steve Kerr says Kevin Durant ‘knows this is his moment’
A 14-point 4th quarter and big shot from Durant helped get the Warriors a 3-0 series lead.

After the game, Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters that right now is Durant’s time — and he knows it:
“You can tell he knows this is his moment. He’s been an amazing player in this league for a long time. He senses this is his time, his moment, his team. And when I say it’s his team, it’s not just literally his team. It’s that we have a group around him that can create space for him with the shooting and the playmaking. I think he’s having the time of his life out there”
Durant had yet another good game in the series. He finished with 31 points, eight rebounds, and four assists.
He had arguably the biggest play of the game, when he knocked down this three-pointer to give the Warriors a 114-113 lead, one that they wouldn’t lose for the remainder of the game.
Durant, who had 14 points in the fourth quarter appeared to know that shot was going in as he held his form. It certainly reflects what Kerr said — he knows it’s his moment.
Durant will have at least one more game to try to soak in his moment. If the past three games are any indication, he won’t let us down.
