Standout 76ers big man Joel Embiid dismissed one outspoken NBA father’s comments with three strong words: “Man, f*** LaVar Ball.”
Joel Embiid says ‘F*** LaVar Ball’ after comments about 76ers’ season
It never ends with LaVar, does it?

Embiid blasted Lonzo Ball’s pops after his June 29 appearance on 97.5 The Fanatic, where Ball made comments about the priorities the young Philadelphia 76ers should have this upcoming season.
“When you don’t win and don’t even make the playoffs, and don’t even stay on the court long enough, that’s the best thing you can do is Tweet, make some stuff. Ain’t nobody else doing that, because they’re working on their game in the gym. These guys ain’t played a game, always hurt, and at the bottom of the totem pole.
“So guess what, get your asses off the goddamn Tweeter, and get in the gym.”

The Lakers actually finished the regular season with a worse record than the 76ers. That record ultimately led to Los Angeles drafting second overall, where it selected UCLA’s Lonzo Ball.
No matter where you stand on Lonzo Ball’s talent, his father’s comments could get him in trouble. LaVar already got beneath LeBron James’ skin when he spoke on his children’s potential for success in the NBA.
Now, he might have some other, younger problems on the horizon.
