A Kam Chancellor interception was erased when his teammate Richard Sherman was flagged for not one, not two, but three penalties on the same play.
Richard Sherman flagged for 3 penalties on the same play
And it was not the end of Sherman’s troubles against the Titans.

The pass was intended for Eric Decker, and Sherman managed to hold Decker and commit pass interference. His reaction earned him an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, too.
Sherman tried to make his case, but teammates pulled him away from the official he was arguing with, lest he tack on some more penalties.
The Titans declined the holding and pass interference calls, but accepted the unsportsmanlike charge. That netted them 15 yards and a first down. Marcus Mariota was able to lead the team down the field and into field goal range.
Sherman’s not the only one racking up penalties. Decker has a few of his own. An offensive holding penalty negated a Titans touchdown, and Decker was flagged for offensive pass interference on the very next play.
And Sherman wasn’t done with the penalties, either. He was also flagged for a late hit out of bounds.
His hit sparked a fight between Titans and Seahawks players. The Titans’ Jack Conklin and Quinton Spain were both also penalized, as was Sherman’s teammate, Sheldon Richardson.
The way things are going, this probably won’t be the last time Sherman is flagged against the Titans.
