After today, fans will finally know the NFL conference championship matchups. The Jacksonville Jaguars will battle the Pittsburgh Steelers — who lost in last year’s AFC Championship — at 1:05 p.m. ET on CBS (live stream). Later at 4:40 p.m., the New Orleans Saints will step foot in Minnesota to collide against the Vikings on Fox (live stream).

Jacksonville cruised to a 30-9 victory against Pittsburgh early in the season. Jacksonville’s formula for success is to play smothering defense and run the football, and it must use that same formula against the Steelers once again. Pittsburgh’s offense can score at any time, and the Jaguars must keep an eye on receiver Antonio Brown and running back Le’Veon Bell. Jacksonville will also need quarterback Blake Bortles, who only threw for 87 yards and a touchdown against the Bills last week, to make more plays.

New Orleans lost to Minnesota in Week 1 of the regular season. But both teams have improved significantly since then. For the Saints, running backs Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram have morphed into the best running back tandem in the NFL. And Drew Brees is still playing great football at the age of 38. But Minnesota’s top-ranked defense is stingy, allowing a league-best 15.8 points per game. Vikings quarterback Case Keenum has also played lights-out this season, throwing for 22 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. New Orleans has to find ways to score, and Minnesota has to remain stout on defense to win.
