Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL playoffs continue on Sunday afternoon with the final two Wild Card Games. The Buffalo Bills will travel to Jacksonville to lock horns with the Jaguars in AFC action at 1:05 p.m. ET on CBS (live stream). Then there will be an NFC South showdown between the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints at 4:40 p.m. on Fox (live stream).

The Bills (9-7) haven’t made the playoffs since the 1999 season — and the Jaguars (10-6) haven’t been to the postseason since the 2007 season. This year, both teams finished with top-10 rushing offenses, but Jacksonville’s rushing attack is the best in the league. This game will come down to defense and running the ball. The Jaguars finished with the second-best scoring defense by giving up only 16.1 points per game, while the Bills’ 18th-ranked pass defense surrendered 22.4 points. These are two identical teams.

New Orleans (11-5), the NFC South champion, swept Carolina (11-5) this year. Both teams finished with top five rushing offenses. But the Saints’ rush offense got the best of the Panthers’ third-ranked rush defense — exploding for 297 yards and four touchdowns in two games. The Panthers have to neutralize the Saints on the ground. Offensively, Carolina has to attack New Orleans’ 17th-ranked run defense — and Cam Newton has to play turnover-free football.
