Lindsey Vonn is back in the Olympics for a fourth time. She is healthy. She is ready. She is inspired. And she knows she likely won’t be back.
Lindsey Vonn is in her final Olympics. Here’s how to watch all her events.
The American skiing legend is back for a fourth Olympics. Here’s how to watch her quest for gold in Pyeongchang.

The winningest female skier in World Cup history, Vonn made her Olympic debut for the United States at age 17 in 2002, and picked up gold and bronze medals at the 2010 games. At age 33 and after missing the 2014 Olympics, she is set to compete in downhill, super-G (she finished tied for sixth) and the combined events at the Pyeongchang Games.
“I obviously have been waiting a very long time for these Olympics,” Vonn said during a press conference before her first race. “I’ve had a lot of ups and downs since Vancouver, but I feel like I’m coming into these Olympics on a hot streak. I am skiing exceptionally well; I have a lot of confidence.”
Vonn skipped the giant slalom over concerns that a recent knee injury would keep her from having a chance to medal. But she was able to not skip the opening ceremony for the first time since 2002.
“Because of the schedule and because it’s my last Olympics, it’s very important to me to attend,” she said, “and I’m going to get as much of the Olympic experience in these next two weeks as possible.”
