The bulk of the men’s Olympic hockey qualification playoffs will take place Tuesday as we draw closer to the end of the tournament. You can watch all of the events live on NBC’s Olympics website.
Olympic hockey 2018 schedule: Times, TV channels, and live stream info for Tuesday, Feb. 20
The United States will face the Czech Republic with a semifinal spot on the line.

The highlights of the day include the Finland vs. South Korea playoff and the Slovenia vs. Norway playoff. Finland ended their preliminaries with a 2-0-0-1 record in Group C and will face the winless South Koreans from Group A. The winner of that playoff match will take on Canada in the quarterfinal.
As for Slovenia, the country had two overtime wins — including a shocking victory over Team USA — and a loss in the preliminary tournament to land against a Norwegian team that was also winless. The winner of this playoff match will face the Olympic Athletes from Russia in another quarterfinal.
The final men’s qualification playoff game is set between Switzerland and Germany.
The women’s hockey tournament begins to wrap up Tuesday, as Switzerland and Japan will play at 2:40 a.m. ET to determine the fifth and sixth place seedings for the tournament at large.
Capping off Tuesday’s events is the first men’s quarterfinal game between the Czech Republic and the United States. The Americans bested Slovakia, 5-1, on Monday night, and they’ll face the Czechs with a semifinal spot on the line.
