Kyrie Irving already has what might be the best line in Nike basketball with his Kyrie shoes. Now, he’s adding on to that.
Kyrie Irving has new ‘Toy Story’ themed Nike shoes
And they’re at a more affordable price than the Kyrie 4

Irving and Nike are going to release new Kyrie “Core” shoes that will retail for around $80. He previewed a Core model in an interview with CoSeezy of KicknIt that payed homage to Toy Story. Here’s the Woody colorway.
You can watch the full interview here.
“These are Nike ‘Core’ shoes. $80,” Irving said. “Toy Story is one of my favorite movies. Seeing how that franchise evolved is awesome. But to be able to tell that inspiration and that influence and that story through my shoe is something that I love connecting with.”
You can barely tell the difference between the Core shoe and the Kyrie 4. Here’s a look at a base Kyrie 4 colorway.
The outsole on the Kyrie 4 is slightly thicker than it is on the Core model and the traction on the sides of the shoe will be less prevalent because of that. The mesh material on the upper part of the Kyrie 4 is also missing from from the Core model.
Still, around $80 for a basketball shoe is a great price. And the Toy Story theme is incredible — there’s also a colorway centered around Buzz Lightyear.
It’s awesome to see Irving creating options for his fans. He’s worn them on the court already, too.
The shoe’s release date hasn’t been unveiled yet, but when they do people will be excited to buy these.
